Cryogenic Railcar

We build our trailersto carry large payloads and accommodate a variety of pump and drive types.These trailers are optimized for maximum payload and durability in difficult terrain. Pipe work on these trailers is designed ergonomically to provide ease of access and operation while decreasing maintenance needs. Their high quality surface and paint finish allows your logo to be easily seen so others know your company is on the job. Capacities can be customized to meet customer need. We build steel and aluminum trailers from 5.1K gallon capacity all the way up to the 28.5K Queen. Pump and pressure transfer systems are available with operating pressures ranging from 35 to 100psi. ISO IMO Container
These containers are ideal for either storage or transportation of sometimes hazardous gases or liquids. Because they meet rigid Department of Transportation manufacturing and testing regulations, they are environmentally friendly as well as economical. They are low maintenance and designed for the largest payloads possible.Excellent vacuum qualities and super insulation lead to lower evaporation rates and thus less lost product. Easy access to controls and piping gives the customer more efficient operation. Extended hold time facilitates lower storage cost.
Mini Bulk Delivery Systems
CVA’s mini bulk delivery system is customized to meet your unique requirements. The system allows us to locate the product you need close to your point of use. This decreases the need for significant manpower to move more bulky containers to your location. Our systems decrease the risk to your employees of moving hazardous materials.
Mobile Customer Station - Queens
These rugged tanks are mounted on trailers for easy portability. They can be parked on site and filled by transport units. Then they discharge products to pumping units for use as needed. Piping design can be optimized to fit the site conditions to facilitate filling and withdrawal. Valves and gauges are designed to be easily accessible. Operation and maintenance are easy with design of the entire system completed to your company’s specifications.
Portacryo Micro-Bulk
Favored overseas for years, Portacryo is now available for immediate delivery from InoxCVA’s facilities in Texas. Portacryos are ideal for small to medium users with cryogenic liquid or gas applications. They are typically used at hospitals, laboratories, chemical manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, electronic industries, in remote purging facilities, and similar applications. The smallest 1,000 liter Portacryo is equivalent to roughly 100 gas cylinders, offering a convenient and economical alternative. Portacryos require less floor space than cylinders, are easier to move and transport, and deliver gas at constant pressure without high-pressure risk. Portacryos are available in four models from 1,000 to 3,000 liter capacities to best fit for the customer’s application. Standard Portacryo features include: easy to read liquid level gauge, dual safety valves, separate top and bottom fill lines, easy handling options, ability to be filled on site, and they perform the duties of a typical cold converter customer station with combined pressure build and economizer.
