Vacuum Repairs

INOXCVA offers state of the art vacuum repair services at its Mont Belvieu, Texas facility.We can even dispatch technicians to your location to attend to your urgent requirements. Our technicians are adept at handling vacuum repair for all kinds of vacuum systems and can pinpoint leaks with far greater accuracy and consistency. 

The effectiveness of a helium leak detector in a production environment is indisputable. Helium test detection also provides cost effective, environment friendly and accurate test results. INOXCVA has several helium leak detectors and a variety of vacuum pumps to quickly get the job done.In addition, we employ cold traps and blowers to achieve faster and lower vacuum, and we employ Chromalox heaters to dry the inner vessels during vacuum work. We have proven expertise in leak detection methods and equipment. INOXCVA technicians have demonstrated time and time again their excellent troubleshooting capabilities to provide prompt and efficient resolution to customers.

ASME Repair

ASME, or American Society of Mechanical Engineers, is a professional body founded in the year 1880 that focuses on the subject of mechanical engineering. Well defined codes and standards are publicized frequently by ASME for mechanical devices.

Pressure vessels are stamped (‘S’, ‘U’ and ‘U2’) and certified using this standard.INOXCVA carries the ASME “U” stamp for certifying newly built vessels. In addition, INOXCVA carries the National Board “R” stamp, certifying repair and alteration.

I-10 is a major Interstate Highway which runs from California to Florida and highway 146 which is a North/South oriented highway connecting to other major Texas highways. So whichever direction you’re coming from, we are easy to find and located just minutes away from interstate highway access.
